WHAT IS IT
WE DO?

Our mission is to act as a marketing arm for a business to help grow its revenue. Typically we provide digital and traditional marketing solutions, including website development and management ... RSA is sort of like a cross between a freelance graphic designer and a full-service agency. The difference between us and many freelancers is our many decades of experience and professional credentials. The difference between RSA and agencies is: 1) we provide more bang for less bucks; and 2) the fact that the person who interfaces with you is also the marketing consultant, creative director and producer, and not a middle man (person).

We prefer doing business with an organization's principals. They are busy people who have a vested interest in the business and are decision makers. We seek partnerships with businesses whose revenue runs between $1 and $10-15 mil a year and are profitable, so that the company has the funds to invest in and support a marketing plan and budget.

HOW DO
WE WORK?

Our business approach is simple. We meet with a potential client to determine their needs and evaluate whether we have the required skills and experience to accomplish the client's objectives. Compatibility is a critical factor in whether we wish to pursue a relationship, as what we do is dependent upon our ability to communicate with a client and get along. Clients hire us for our experience and we expect them to be open to new ideas and change.

After we get beyond first base, so to speak, we work with the client to develop a plan, a budget and timeline. Once we have an agreement, and a financial commitment, we go to work.

As long as the client fulfills its financial obligations to us, all materials we prepare, purchase on their behalf, or provide, including working materials, are the property of the client. All of our files are backed up nightly to a Google drive which we establish in the client's name, and which the client has 24/7 access to.

We limit the number of clients we serve to 10-15 at any given time in order to provide the highest level of service.

WHERE DO
WE WORK?

Our design studio is in Ventura County, California.

While we have a few clients located outside of Southern California, our primary service areas are Ventura, Santa Barbara Counties. and the Santa Clarita area of Los Angeles County..

With high-speed internet and digital communications systems, we can effectively work remotely, thus saving our clients money while investing our time and efforts in their work. That said, we find that meeting our clients face-to-face at least on a monthly basis is extremely valuable ... if nothing else to build on the personal relationships, address any concerns or issues, and share mutual enthusiasm and brainstorm new marketing ideas.
